Applications for Jordan Education Foundation’s CASH-FOR-CLASSROOM grants (formerly Mini-Grants for Teachers) are available now through Tuesday September 30, 2014.
CASH-FOR-CLASSROOM grants fund non-consumable classroom projects that enrich standard curriculum and directly enhance learning opportunities for students in Jordan School District. A full-time teacher may apply for a grant up to $500.00. A full-time teacher team (3 or more) from the same location/school may apply for a single grant up to $1,500.00.

This year Comcast Cares made a huge lasting difference at TWO schools in Jordan District and set a record for the number of volunteers participating. Despite the rain and cool temperatures over 2600 volunteers showed up to Sunset Ridge Middle School & Riverton High School on a to clean the grounds outside the school and deep clean areas inside.The volunteer efforts of both schools combined earned over $40,000.00!
